Hayden is currently commencing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at Western Sydney University, where he is building his knowledge of human movement, exercise, and athletic performance.

With a strong passion for health, fitness, and sport, Hayden has a particular interest in strength training, exercise performance, and helping people maintain an active lifestyle. His enthusiasm for learning and interest in the health industry make him a valuable member of the team.

As one of our receptionists, Hayden enjoys creating a welcoming environment for patients and assisting with the day-to-day running of the clinic. He is committed to providing friendly and professional service to ensure every patient has a positive experience.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time in the gym and has a keen interest in sport, particularly basketball. He enjoys staying active, following sporting events, and continuing to develop his knowledge of exercise and performance.
